About

SysInfo Microsoft 365 Tenant to Tenant Migration Tool helps organizations transfer Microsoft 365 data between tenants or copy supported content within the same tenant. The desktop application supports mailboxes and Exchange, SharePoint sites and libraries, OneDrive files and folders, Microsoft Teams data, and restoration of PST/OST mailbox files to Office 365. It is available for Windows and macOS. The tool connects source and destination tenants through supported Hybrid APIs, transferring data directly over TLS-encrypted HTTPS. Modern OAuth 2.0 authentication supports multi-factor authentication, and the software does not save account passwords. Administrators can map source users to destination accounts manually, automatically where supported, or through CSV-based bulk workflows. Mailbox migration can include emails, attachments, contacts, calendars, notes, tasks, rules, and permissions. Users can filter emails by date range, skip previously migrated items, and identify duplicates using fields such as From, To, Subject, BCC, and Body. Mailboxes can also be exported to PST when a destination tenant is not required. Attachment controls help manage storage and archiving. SharePoint and OneDrive features support cross-tenant migration and exact-copy operations within the same tenant. Depending on the workflow, supported folder structures, metadata, permissions, and file information can be retained. Teams migration includes supported channel messages, files, tabs, apps, replies, reactions, and Planner data. User mapping and progress reports help administrators track migration activity. To begin, choose a component, sign in to both tenants, select data, map user accounts, apply filters, and start migration. Reports show completed, skipped, or failed items. A demo is available, with transfer limits varying by component.
