SysInfo PDF Bates Numbering Tool is designed to add sequential Bates numbers to single or multiple PDF files in one process. Bates numbering assigns a unique identifier to each page, helping users organize, reference, and manage legal, medical, commercial, and other important documents. The software provides formatting options to set a starting number, number of digits, increment value, prefix, suffix, and placement of the Bates stamp. Users can add Bates numbers to batches of PDF files or select an entire folder for processing. The tool supports password-protected PDFs when the correct password is available. Depending on the required output, users can choose to retain existing encryption, remove encryption, or set a password for the resulting PDF. It also offers options to add confidential text and a current date and time stamp, with controls for their placement on the page. The software lets users customize the Bates number's font family, style, size, and color. Six placement options are available for positioning the number. Page settings include automatic or manual margins, alignment, page size, and portrait or landscape orientation. Users can also add background text or images to PDF pages and preview the stamped output before saving it, making it easier to check the layout and adjust settings when needed. To use the tool, install and launch SysInfo PDF Bates Numbering Tool, then select Add File or Add Folder to load the required PDFs. Choose the Bates numbering format, including the prefix, suffix, starting number, digit count, and increment. Add confidential text or a timestamp if needed, customize the font and position, and configure page and encryption settings. Preview the output, then click Convert to create the numbered PDFs.
