Build a product catalog (or import it from Square if you use it). When you create an event, a short planning wizard walks you through what to bring — review the event details, pick your products, rate how each one's done at past shows, and see suggested quantities with confidence levels and the reasoning behind them. The app subtracts what you've already got on hand, so you only make what you need. The result is a printable prep sheet you can pin up in your workshop, or email to a partner. Around that core, the features stay quiet and useful. A visual booth layout editor with foot-marker rulers and a 134-item furniture library lets you plan your setup before the show. Smart checklists adapt to event type, weather, and duration, suggesting items you'd otherwise forget. Weather forecasts surface three days out. Vendor Neighbor Notes give you a 15-second way to remember the makers you meet on the circuit. (Not a CRM. Just a scrapbook.)
